The Accelerator Acknowledgement

Fees for the Accelerator Services:

A one-time $9,500 payment due at sign-up.

The Accelerator includes access to the following items:

Training.  12 months of access to our in-depth, self-paced and proven process guiding you step-by-step to identify, analyze, price potential acquisitions, and establish deal negotiation strategies.


Deal Management.  Access to our deal management software system which will keep you in track with your training and help to guide you from deal identification to close.


Deal Management.  Our deal management system also provides you with on-market deal flow as dictated by your unique investment thesis.  This provides a single point of deal sourcing and tracking.


Guidance and Mentoring. 12 months of access to our weekly group calls covering a wide range of acquisition topics and access to our catalog of previous weekly calls. 18 months of access to our active Slack community where you can communicate with other people on the same path.


Guidance and Mentoring.  12 months of access to our coaching and mentoring program. This includes three one-on-one calls with a Success Coach where you will receive support to define an Investment Thesis – your unique collection of personal variables like industry preference, geographic location, business annual Adjusted EBITDA range, and annual Adjusted EBITDA multiple. You will also discuss presenting a deal to the Investment Committee (IC) and the structure of the LOI.  


Deal Challenge.  12 months of access to our Investment Committee where you will present business opportunities to our seasoned professionals. The process is similar to the ‘Shark Tank’ reality show, where the Acquisition Entrepreneur presents all of the research they've done and information they've collected on the business, and our team members proceed to discuss the positives and negatives of the deal. The inherent acquisitions risks and business opportunities are then discussed, as well as the possible offer.  


One In-Person Group Workshop. After you have successfully presented to the Investment Committee, you will be eligible for a 2-day face-to-face workshop with our partners and a select group of other Acquisition Entrepreneurs.  Acquira pays for your room and meals, you cover the travel expenses. Here all facets of your acquisition journey are discussed, with special emphasis on the steps after LOI through the closing of your deal – a phase we title the Last Mile.  This tour will also include a tour of a business.


Terms of Agreement and Termination


Acquira’s engagement under this Agreement shall terminate automatically Eighteen (18) months from the date of execution.


Refund policy:

You are entitled to a full refund of $9500 if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Introduce yourself in the community Slack, and ask or answer at least 1 question in the public channels
  • You attend an onboarding call within 1 week of signup
  • You attend an investment thesis review call within 2 weeks of signup, with your investment thesis completed according to our training standards, prior to the call
  • You attend a deal review call within 4 weeks of signup, with a minimum of 2 data rooms created according to our training standards, prior to the call
  • You attend an investment committee call within 6 weeks of signup, with a fully completed investment committee deck according to our training standard, prior to the call
  • You attend at least 2 weekly group calls in the 6 week period
