When looking for an established business for sale, there are a number of factors to consider. Below, you'll see each business sector ranked by some of the more important grading factors we use to measure deals. Green is above average, yellow is average, and red is below average.

Obviously, all green is ideal, but keep in mind those businesses typically sell for higher multiples. We're okay paying 2x for a company with one red, or a couple of yellows.
