Rich's work experience includes acquisition advisory and senior finance positions with companies such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He leads the acquisition advisory business for Acquira which has led to 15+ successful closings thus far in 2023.
Chris Mooney

Chris’ experience includes 25 years in the wireless infrastructure industry with a focus on real estate strategy, analytics, and culture. Most recently, he was the VP of Real Estate for Crown Castle, where he was responsible for the acquisitions and management of a national real estate portfolio spanning over 50,000 locations.
Doug Thorpe
Director of Integration and Leadership
In his early career, Doug spent 20 years in commercial banking, helping business owners and their investors with deal structure, performance, and growth. After banking, Thorpe turned to coaching and consulting. On multiple occasions, he organized and directed, at scale, the deployment of large teams of coaches at companies like Bank of America and ExxonMobil. His coaching is shared globally via his popular podcast "Leadership Powered by Common Sense."
