The Accelerator Program is the fastest way to learn the intricacies around acquiring a business. From sourcing, vetting, and closing on the deal, the program will walk you through everything you need to know in order to acquire a 7-figure business within seven months.

How It Works
Once you’ve brought at least one acquisition to the Investment Committee that matches your investment thesis, you will be invited to an in-person workshop. There, you will be able to tour a business we bought, network with other Acquisition Entrepreneurs and ask Acquira’s team of acquisition experts any questions you have about the business buying process.
You will receive our Last Mile training course, which will take you from LOI to the close of the business. You will also gain access to passive investment opportunities, Acquira’s proprietary deal flow, and access to our capital network.
Business Acquisition Training
If you want to create wealth and freedom by acquiring a 7-figure business, then join our Accelerator.
As part of the program, our team will help you iterate your investment thesis throughout the process in order to ensure that you buy the exact right business for you.
Of course, you still need to put in the work. At least a few hours each day. If that sounds like too much, then this is not the program for you.
You will find deals, vet them based on our training, and then bring them to our Investment Committee to help critique the deal and improve your overall business search process and help refine your instincts.
Phase 2: ACE Integration
ACE stands for Acquira Certified Enterprise. An ACE is a company that adheres to a change management framework that emphasizes culture, systems, and servant leadership.
In the past, some of our partners were not ready to take over a business. They were overwhelmed and this led to a low quality of life. They became owner-operators, just like the sellers.
The main objective of the integration is to establish the foundations for future growth and continued efficiency toward higher profitability in preparation for divestment.
ACE is available to Acquisition Entrepreneurs who have completed Acquira’s training, closed on a business, and wish to systematize and grow that business with an eye toward exiting the company for more than what they paid.
Phase 3: The Exit
Growing a company on your own like can take you more than 5 years even with the right people in place because you’re going to need to create it all from scratch and you’re going to make mistakes.
ACE allows you to skip most of the false starts and mistakes and clear a path toward an exit from your business in a shorter period of time.
This means selling your business for more than what you paid and faster than on your own. We do this through a warrant that will guarantee you a potential exit within four years provided the business is integrated and is performing.

Acquira Workshops
Many new Acquisition Entrepreneurs wonder what stepping into an existing business will actually be like, so we thought we’d give you an opportunity to see for yourself. Workshops are available to anyone who has completed the Accelerator training and brought at least one deal to the Investment Committee that matches their investment thesis.
This is your opportunity to get a backstage pass to how we acquire and run a small business. At the workshop, you will be able to tour a business we’ve purchased, network with fellow Acquisition Entrepreneurs, and ask questions of Acquira’s team of acquisition experts.
